Jancula Joins Board

Christopher Jancula, an attorney from Martinsburg, joined the board of the Martinsburg Municipal Authority. He worked with fellow board member and solicitor for the authority Frederick B. Gieg.

Sheetz announced that it would replace the East Freedom store with a new 6,000 square foot facility along Route 36, to be built in 2012 with a grand opening set for October of 2012.

A portion of Route 36 was scheduled to be closed for about three hours while New Enterprise Stone and Lime removed the conveyor system that spanned the road.

Richard D. Furry, 83, died at Westminster...
