After the Dragons faced Westmont Hilltop just two weeks prior, Central has once again come out victorious with a 52-13 victory over the Hilltoppers.
After the Dragon's initial kick, Westmont could not keep possession for long as the Dragons quickly took over. This led to an 11-yard run by Parker Gregg to put the Dragons into an early lead. Gregg had three more scores in the first half: a four-yard run, a 39-yard reception, and a 30-yard reception. The Dragons also had two other scoring drives before half: a 51-yard reception from Hunter Smith, and a 25-yard reception from Devon Boyles. The Dragons limited the Hilltoppers to 29 total yards in the first half, not allowing them to score once. The Dragons 6 touchdowns in the first half gave them a 38-0 lead.
Carrying their momentum from the first half, the Dragons had a quick scoring drive ending with a 13-yard reception by Boyles. Heading into the final quarter, Ty Helsel carried out a series of runs to lead to another Dragon touchdown. Throughout the game, the Dragons completed 4 extra points to end up with their 52-13 victory.
The Dragons will now head to Mansion Park to face the Penn Cambria Panthers for the District 6 title game.
