Manager of Woodbury Community Center Resigns

Ken Ott, manager of the Woodbury Community Center, was present. Ott announced he will be resigning from this position as of the Dec. 15 meeting with the township. Jeremy Hershberger will take over this position as of Jan. 1.

Minutes were reviewed and approved as read. Shane Suter presented the treasurer report in absence of Barb Wilt, secretary/treasurer. There is $122,029 in the General Fund which includes two CDs. The balance in the State Aid Fund is $10,942, which leaves a total of $132,972 in the Treasury.
