Clapper Receives Award

Williamsburg Borough manager Dennis “Perry” Clapper was one of 25 people chosen to receive the John Campanius Holm Award from the National Weather Service. The award was presented to Clapper for his diligence as a weather observer since 1974. Meteorologists from the National Weather Service surprised Clapper with the award.
