Ronald D. Creps, originally from Martinsburg, will be among 33 Pa. veterans to be inducted into the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund In Memory Program at a special ceremony on Oct. 16 in Washington, D.C.

This program honors Vietnam veterans whose lives were cut short as a result of their service after they returned home from Vietnam. A total of 362 veterans will be honored this year. This program, located in Arlington, Va., was created in 1993 and has since honored over 5,000 veterans.
