Putting cows on the front page since 1885.
This past Sunday started my favorite season of all – Football! I was also hungry for some tasty beef stew and some biscuits, so I gathered my ingredients together for a simple version and put them in the crock pot, so I could enjoy a Sunday full of NFL football even though my team played Monday evening.
I decided to share this quick, easy and most importantly, tasty, recipe with you all this week!

1 cup frozen peas
1 cup frozen corn
2 cans sliced white potatoes
1 medium onion
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a crock pot and cook on high for 6-8 hours or until meat is fork tender.
