Marijuana Found at Airport

A 19-year-old Kansas man was apprehended by federal narcotics agents for transporting 60 pounds of marijuana in his luggage. Police watched the suspect from a back room at the airport, allowing him to pack the two foot lockers in the trunk of his car, before they made the arrest.

Mr. and Mrs. Walter McKnight announced plans to open a clothing store, called “The Cellar,” in the basement of Teeter’s Hotel in Martinsburg.
