Isn't it Ironic?

I was discussing the Herald recently with a caller who had a concern. As always, I am very willing to listen and consider seriously when someone takes the time to contact me with a concern about the Herald, whether it’s praise or criticism.

I can’t say that there was a full meeting of our minds, but we did have an extended discussion that provided me with some helpful information. It also provided me with a certain viewpoint that I’ve heard before from Herald subscribers and advertisers.
