Secretary Russell Redding announced the availability of $13 million in tax credits to Pennsylvania farmers for measures to improve soil and water quality. Tax credits are available through Pennsylvania’s innovative, nationally-recognized conservation financing program, Resource Enhancement and Protection (REAP).
