Reggie and Leslie Lower, owners of the Lower Trail Creamery, attended the Williamsburg Municipal Authority’s July meeting on Wednesday, July 14. Their property was one unit, but with the ice cream stand, it was bumped to two units for water and sewer. The owners came in and asked for it not to be billed as an additional unit.
Stiffler-McGraw engineer John Clabaugh said this was not the first time something like this has occurred.
“Some properties have multiple uses for multiple spaces,” said Clabaugh.
