Macy Walason of Green Slopes Farm in Imler was awarded the National Outstanding Youth Award at the National Junior Guernsey Breeders Awards Breakfast held in conjunction with the 2021 National Guernsey Convention in Connellsville, Fayette County.
This award is presented each year at the national convention to a deserving junior member who has excelled in Guernsey activities as well as other aspects of their life. This is the highest honor a Guernsey Youth can achieve.
This competition is based on a well rounded experience in dairy husbandry, breed activities and leadership.
