Magazine Honors Blacksmith

George Gorsuch, famous for his miniature horseshoes, added to his world-wide reputation with a full-page article and picture in the American Magazine. Written by Cornelius Vanderbilt Jr., it was a personal tribute to the blacksmith, his skill and list for famous notables the world over. A copy of the article was forwarded from a former Williamsburger, Harry Fulton Ake, secretary-treasurer of the Hardwood Co. of Chicago.
