As I sit here after my family’s cookout on Memorial Day weekend, I can’t help but think of all the delicious food we had and the wonderful memories and stories that were shared – all around the table. This inspired my question for the week – “What is your favorite Memorial Day picnic dish?” Here is what a few residents had to say:

For me, this is tough because I absolutely love picnic foods – except potato salad. I think my favorite picnic food is pasta salad – nothing beats pasta salad with Swiss cheese and Genoa salami!
