To the Editor:

What a welcome sight to see beautiful flowers in the planters at the Square, and new this year are petunias at the corner of Allegheny and Walnut streets on land donated to the Borough by Gene Henry. Benches will be added in a few weeks, also donated by individuals and groups to be enjoyed.

The Martinsburg Revitalization Committee would like to express thanks to these businesses in the Cove that have so generously donated the flowers: Brubaker’s Greenhouse, Piney Creek Greenhouse and Spring Farm Greenhouse. The watering and caring for these flowers will be provided by individuals every day and is very much appreciated!
