During last month’s regular meeting, it was quoted that the “3M” plan for the Yellow Springs Project would cost Catharine Township $8,000. Following that, the board members were under the assumption that the authority would take over the project.
However, Chairman Heather Flaig said that she discussed the matter with the authority, and the authority has decided that it would look at the project and “see if it was feasible first, before moving onto anything.”
