The Spring Cove School Board is upset about deficiencies in the new junior high school building and has ordered that a letter be sent to the architect detailing the defects.

Pant suits are tempting business women in the Cove, but the men are still behind the mini. Most Cove business are giving an affirmative nod to requests for permission for women to wear pants, however, the majority of male office managers cling to the skirts.

Martinsburg had one of its biggest turnouts of blood donors for the Red Cross program last Friday. There were 148 pints of blood received.
