Robert J. Rutter, 71, a resident at Maybrook Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Altoona, formerly of Roaring Spring, passed away Saturday morning, Jan. 30, 2021, at the home.
He was born July 13, 1949, in Altoona, the son of the late Arthur L. and Virginia D. (Righnour) Rutter.
He is survived by his wife, Deborah Rutter of Roaring Spring; a sister, Linda Rutter of Roaring Spring; and a cousin who was raised in the home, Linda Shaffer of Altoona.
Robert was a 1967 graduate of Central High School, Martinsburg, and he also graduated from the Altoona School of Commerce.
