Lady Dragons Win Again

The Martinsburg Borough Office and Martinsburg Police Department staff members are getting ready for a big move. The offices will soon relocate from the current Allegheny Street borough building just a few blocks away to a brand new office on Mulberry Street and Woodlawn Avenue.
