The Williamsburg Community School District held a meeting Thursday, Dec. 10, to discuss if students would return to face-to-face instruction on Monday, Dec. 14 or whether they would be staying remote until the end of Christmas vacation.
“It was a very long discussion – a lot of emotional thoughts, but we are trying to do the best for the kids,” board President Dr. Barry England said. “We want these kids in school.”
Several parents attended the meeting via conference call to voice their concerns and frustrations with the district.
