Martinsburg Library Announces Plans to Adjust Services

The Martinsburg Community Library will adjust services through Sunday, Jan. 3. The library will be open during its regular hours (except for Saturdays) for appointments and contactless pick-up only. Hours will be 1 to 8 p.m. Monday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, 1 to 8 p.m. Thursday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday....
