RS Laundromat Broken Into; Equipment Damaged but No Injuries

The owners of the Roaring Spring Laundromat reported a break-in overnight between Thursday, Oct. 29 to Friday, Oct. 30.

Sometime after about 2:30 a.m. Friday, a thief damaged a skill machine, a change machine and attempted to break into the laundromat office. Although damage was done, no money was lost, according to laundromat Manager Karen Bassler.

Karen and her husband Allan are also the owners of the Morrisons Cove Herald.
