President Trump Visits Morrisons Cove - Video Gallery

President Donald J. Trump spoke for a little over an hour at the Altoona-Blair County Airport on Monday, Oct. 26, just hours before the United States Senate confirmed the president's third nominee to the U.S. Supreme Court.

The Senate voted Monday evening to confirm Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court, about a week before Election Day and 30 days after she was nominated by President Trump to fill the seat of the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

President Trump's visit to Martinsburg drew visitors from around the region and even from outside the state, with some attendees starting their wait at the airport Sunday night. There were thousands of visitors, enough to snarl traffic around the airport and the northern Cove for hours before and after the event.
