Pa. Gov. Tom Wolf and Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar reminded Pennsylvanians that Oct. 27 was the deadline to apply for a mail or absentee ballot for the Nov. 3 election.
Voters can still vote in person on Nov. 3 at the voter's assigned polling place.
But voters who requested and received a mail ballot but who have not yet returned it are "strongly encouraged" to immediately hand-deliver their voted ballot to their county election office.
