Voters who requested and received a mail ballot but who have not yet returned it are "strongly encouraged" to immediately hand-deliver their voted ballot to their county election office, according to state election officials.
Pa. Gov. Tom Wolf and Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar reminded Pennsylvanians that Oct. 27 was the deadline to apply for a mail or absentee ballot for the Nov. 3 election.
Voters can still vote in person on Nov. 3 at the voter's assigned polling place.
