NB Boys' Soccer Team 3-0

The Northern Bedford High School boys’ soccer team has started its season 3-0.

At Central on Sept. 12, four different players scored for the Panthers in their 4-2 victory. Levi Wiedemann, Reyan Imler, Austin Bartholow and Collin Yeatts each scored a goal for NB. The Panthers led 2-1 at halftime and 3-2 before Yeatts converted a penalty kick with 3:26 to play in the game.

Braden Kensinger and Zach Gahagan each scored for Central.

At Forbes Road on Sept. 14, NB cruised to a 6-1 win.

Evan Coffey scored two goals to key Northern Bedford. Collin Yeatts scored the opening goal and added two assists. Levi Wiedemann and Cody Miller each picked up a goal and an assist. Reyan Imler finished off the scoring for the winners.

In a battle of two unbeaten Inter-County Conference teams, Northern Bedford got first-half goals from Reyan Imler, on a free kick, and Collin Yeatts, on a penalty kick, to pull out a 2-0 win at home against Everett on Sept. 17. Nate Helsel and Jake Sensenig combined for the shutout in goal.
