The prospective bride is the daughter of Joe and Bobbi Price of Martinsburg.

The prospective bridegroom is the son of Stephen and Angel Bowser of East Freedom.

Miss Price is a graduate of Central High School, Martinsburg. She earned an associate degree in veterinary technology. She is soon to be a certified nursing aide. She is employed at Homewood at Martinsburg.

Mr. Bowser is a graduate of Central High School, Martinsburg. He is employed as a cook at Homewood at Martinsburg.
