The Central High School Mock Trial Team has been invited to participate in a very “prestigious” and “exclusive” international event – the Empire City Invitational – to be held in New York City.
The Northern Bedford-Tussey Mountain golf team outshot Bellwood-Antis by the score of 356-389 Aug. 26.
The Altoona Chapter of the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry has announced the award of an Abbott Scholarship to Alexis Stahl of Williamsburg.
Clayton and Kathy Yeager sold the Yeager’s Carpet building located on the corner of High and West Second streets to Michael and Elva Fay of Williamsburg for $125,000. Plans for the building in the Williamsburg Borough have not yet been released to the press.
Author Judith Redline Coopey, a 1959 graduate of Williamsburg High School, returned to her hometown for a book signing at Williamsburg Public Library on Aug. 25.
