New Consignment Shop Moves Into Martinsburg

The Herald has a new neighbor. RJ's Consignments has just moved in to 106 W. Allegheny Street.

Mike Peters of Roaring Spring is the owner of the new store which he hopes will have new inventory on a regular basis.

Peters' company, Road To Glory Enterprises, is in the business of construction, re-modeling and house clean-outs, which all led to the opening of his new consignment store.
