Hazardous Waste Collection On Aug. 21-22 at PNG Field

The Intermunicipal Relations Committee will hold its annual Household Hazardous Waste Collection from noon to 5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 21, and from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 22, at Peoples Natural Gas Field, Altoona.

Pre-registration is required. Visit www.ircenvironment.org for more information. There is no charge to register.

There will be a base charge of $15 per car trunk-load with an additional charge of 50 cents per pound for all paints, payable at the event via cash or check only.
