We are back from the beach and had a wonderful time of sun, surf and laughter! One of the places we went to while at Myrtle Beach was a seafood buffet. If you know me, you know that me and seafood are not the best of friends, but my sister loves it. So, being the good sister that I am, I went along, although I had the kids’ plate of chicken tenders, mac and cheese and baked potatoes.
