Police Searching for 3 Individuals Near Claysburg

The Pennsylvania State Police are searching for three individuals following a theft and motor-vehicle crash in Greenfield Township on Thursday, Aug. 13.

According to Greenfield Township Police, at approximately 11:40 a.m. on Thursday, Chief Ronald Sharkey of the township’s police department was investigating a theft at a local business when a suspect vehicle was observed. A traffic stop was attempted, at which time the suspect vehicle failed to stop and fled the area at a high rate of speed. The operator of the vehicle committed numerous traffic violations while fleeing pursuing officers and subsequently crashed on Overland Pass.

The operator of the vehicle, Matthew Paul Musselman, 39, of Claysburg, and a female passenger were taken into custody.

Three additional occupants of the vehicle fled the area on foot and are still at large. They were last seen on Monument Road between Knob Road and State Route 869.

The individuals still at large are:

• Titus Ronald Feathers, 27, of Claysburg, approximately 6 feet tall, 180 pounds, brown hair and beard; last seen wearing a black shirt and red shorts. Feathers is wanted by the Blair County Probation Office.

• White non-hispanic male, approximately 50 years old, 5 feet, 8 inches tall, 160 pounds, wearing jean shorts and a dark T-shirt.

• White, non-hispanic female, approximately 40 years of age, 5 feet, 8 inches tall, 140 pounds, dark curly hair hanging below the shoulder.

The search continues for the three individuals. Anyone with information is asked to contact 911.

The following police departments are assisting with this investigation: North Woodbury Township, Martinsburg, Roaring Spring, Freedom Township, Logan Township, Tyrone, Blair County Sheriff, Pennsylvania State Bedford and Hollidaysburg, along with the Claysburg and Blue Knob fire departments.
