Summertime and the livin’ is easy. We are all about easy cooking at the Gorsuch house because we are so busy. When we get to wind down and relax, one of our favorites to cook with is pork chops. Who doesn’t love a good bone-in center-cut pork chop? Obviously, not us.

Here are two delicious pork chop recipes from our kitchen to yours.

Jamaican Jerk Pork Chops

Ingredients:

3 Tbsp. butter, divided

1/4 tsp. pepper

1/4 cup peach preserves

1/2 medium sweet orange pepper

4 bone-in thin cut pork chops

1/2 medium sweet yellow pepper

3 Tbsp. Caribbean jerk seasoning
