Herald Will Maintain Full Vigilance in Tracking These Dastardly Acts
Last Saturday morning, Stephanie Rhodes of Roaring Spring awoke to find that her porch furniture and that of two other neighbors had been removed from their front porches and put neatly on the street.
"Nothing was damaged or stolen so the police weren't called," Rhodes said.
Rhodes guesses that the perpetrators acted between 2:30 and 3:30 a.m. Although her son was inside the home with the door open, he didn't hear a thing. The stealth movers moved quickly and quietly without detection.
"The stairs are pretty steep. I'm just glad no one got hurt," Rhodes said.
