Northern Bedford County Schools Plans Outdoor Graduation Ceremony

The Northern Bedford County School District Board met Tuesday, June 16, for an in-person meeting.

The board had several items of importance to discuss including approval of the 2020-21 school year calendar as well as the budget for the upcoming school year.

The final general fund budget for 2020-21 was approved in the amount of $14,157,564. Revenues for the same year are expected to be $13,574,535. This will mean the school will operate with a deficit of $583,029 for the 2020-21 school year.
