Motor Vehicle Accident

Pennsylvania State Police, Bedford, reported that at 11:10 a.m. April 6, Daniel N. Nolt, 21, New Enterprise, was riding his bicycle east on the 3900 block of Brumbaugh Road, South Woodbury Township and turned in front of a 2011 Subaru Legacy driven by Hannah L. Berkheimer, 29, of New Enterprise who was traveling west along Brumbaugh Road. Nolt was thrown from his bicycle. Berkheimer’s vehicle suffered disabling damage. Neither operator suffered any injuries. Southern Cove EMS assisted. No charges were filed.

Harassment

Pennsylvania State Police, Hollidaysburg, reported that at about 4 a.m. May 22, police responded to Roaring Spring Commons to speak with the victim who claims that Zachariah Grabill, 26, of Martinsburg, threw her cell phone out of a vehicle and punched her in the face. Charges of harassment and criminal mischief were filed at Magisterial District Justice Andrew J. Blattenberger’s office.
