The North Woodbury school directors met at the South Martinsburg school Saturday and named new teachers. The board decided to close the Kensinger, the Kauffman and the Stonerook schools, in accordance with a recent act of the assembly. The pupils from these schools will be transported to other schools provided they lived more than a mile and a half away.
Fairview farm, north of Martinsburg, was the scene of a pleasant gathering Thursday evening at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel S. Tussey.
