Putting cows on the front page since 1885.
One of my favorite parts of graduation besides hearing “Pomp and Circumstance” is hearing the class song. The music you grow up with will forever connect you to that certain period of time. I remember thinking that my class song was a dumb pick, but 14 years later when I hear Nickelback’s “Photograph,” it takes me back to a Monday night in June at the WHS High School gymnasium. So I decided to ask the residents of Williamsburg – What was your class song? Here is what a few had to say:
Nancy Strayer: Class of 1967 – “The Impossible Dream”
Elizabeth Hatch – “Right Here (Waiting for You)” – Richard Marx
Bethany Brua – “Dreams” by Van Halen, Class of 2009
Brian Houck – “Time of Your Life” – Green Day, Class of 2002
Alice Grannas – “Climb Every Mountain” – Class of 1962
