VFW Post 43 Essay Winners

Victoria Waite (second from right), a senior at Central High School, Martinsburg, won the Voice of Democracy essay contest sponsored by the D. Merl Tipton VFW Post 43 Auxiliary, Martinsburg. The essay contest was titled "What Makes America Great?" Waite placed first at the local and district levels and fourth in the state.
