RS Man Leads Police on Chase; Arrested for DUI and Disorderly Conduct

After being reported for driving his vehicle in reverse and attempting to elude police, a Roaring Spring man is facing two third-degree felony charges, a misdemeanor charge and several summary offenses.

Timothy S. Weimert, 31, Roaring Spring, was charged with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and DUI, both third-degree felony charges. He is also being charged with a third-degree misdemeanor for disorderly conduct.
