Gregory's Farmers Breakfast Postponed

Because of concerns about COVD-19, commonly called coronavirus, State Rep. Jim Gregory (R-Blair) has postponed a farmers breakfast planned for Friday, March 20, at The Bistro in Martinsburg.

State and federal health officials have issued guidance that people should avoid large gatherings in an effort to limit the virus’ spread. Those at greatest risk of serious complications from the disease are senior citizens and people with compromised immune systems.

The March 20 breakfast was to be focused on agricultural issues.

“I hope to again offer this event when coronavirus is better under control,” Rep. Gregory said.
