RS Council Learns of Census Job Opportunities

Roaring Spring Borough councilmembers were presented with information regarding the 2020 Census.

Judith Ott, a recruiter assistant for the United States Census for 2020, discussed part-time jobs that are available as enumerators in area counties.

Information was provided for individuals regarding part-time jobs for 20 hours a week in Blair and Bedford counties.

According to Ott, the pay rate for Blair County is $16 an hour and $14.50 an hour for Bedford County. Individuals must be 18 years old to apply.

She said individuals may visit the website 2020census.gov/jobs for more information.
