It’s official: Roaring Spring Borough will purchase two properties owned by the Spring Cove School District.

Voting at a brief special meeting Thursday, Jan. 14, the five council members who were present were unanimous in the decision to purchase the two parcels. The properties are the Roaring Spring Elementary School, formerly Roaring Spring High School, at 239 Poplar St., and the annex building and paved playground at 230 Poplar St.
