Farmer’s Week at the College is just upon us. We want to make this February week the most profitable as well as the most pleasant ever. You can help do this by boosting now and attending later. Every farmer who attended the farmers’ institute was much benefited.

The college now has a new fire proof safe – another gift from our broadminded and deeply interested citizen and neighbor, Mr. A. A. Cowen. We highly appreciate this gift, but we appreciate its generous donor even more. His presence and encouragement on College Heights is a constant benediction. Better than any temporal memorial Mr. Cowen is building his future into the lives of boys and girls of the beautiful region he loves so well and praises so highly.

In accordance with the Federal Constitution and the Act of Congress, during the month of January, 1920, the fourteenth decennial census of the United States will be taken. This work began on Friday last and during the month enumerators will visit every family and every farmer to get the desired information.
