Roaring Spring Borough Council met Monday to seat newly elected council members and to reorganize. Ronald Glunt, former council president, took the oath of office as the community’s new mayor, succeeding Paul Holsinger, who did not seek re-election. Holsinger held the office of mayor for 22 years. William Brumbaugh succeeds Glunt as council president. Mr. Brumbaugh is completing his first four-year term on council. Re-elected as vice president was Sue Ann Feather, now in her third term on council and her seventh year as vice president.
