Couple Warms Houses and Hearts with Holiday Help
Gifts waiting to be delivered to needy children fill a room in the Lawler home in East Freedom. The Lawlers delivered about 300 presents to children this Christmas.

The holidays can be a stressful time for families who are struggling. The year-round stress of paying bills and having enough food is compounded by the worry of providing their children with presents under the tree at Christmas time.
An East Freedom couple who already works to provide heat for needy families through a wood ministry, saw the struggle many families face during the holidays and decided to do something about it by providing food and gifts for Christmas day.
