Wrapping Paper will not be Recycled in 2019

Due to current market conditions, the IRC will not be accepting Christmas wrapping paper at the Buckhorn Recycling Facility or the Duncansville R&D Facility. Also, the after-Christmas Collection at the Logan Valley Mall will not take place this year. Please dispose of all wrapping paper in trash receptacles.
