ACM Bedford to Hold New Student Orientation

Allegany College of Maryland’s Bedford County Campus will host New Student Orientation from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2020.

Designed to introduce students enrolling in the spring semester to available services at the college, the orientation offers informative mini-sessions on financial aid, scholarships, computer services and college survival skills.

Attendees will be introduced to the many programs within student services, including: career development, crisis counseling, disability services, support systems, the testing lab and tutoring services. Incoming students may also have their Student ID photograph taken.

Registration for new student orientation, though not required, is greatly appreciated.

New students at Allegany College of Maryland’s Bedford County Campus may sign up online at allegany.edu/student-orientation to attend the special two-hour session.

Located at 18 North River Lane in Everett, the Allegany College of Maryland’s Bedford County Campus will offer more than 40 day and evening courses during the spring 2020 semester.

Registration remains open with classes beginning Wednesday, Jan. 15.
