Shades of Joy Ages 5-7 Second Place

Kendra Newswanger, 5, of Williamsburg, is the Morrisons Cove Herald's second-place winner for ages 5 to 7 in the annual Shades of Joy coloring contest. Kendra will receive a prize for her efforts.
