R-Spring Mayor Retires

Herald of Dec. 17 2009

After 22 years as Mayor of Roaring Spring, Paul Holsinger is retiring. Prior to becoming mayor, Holsinger served as a councilman for six four-year terms. Holsinger had been a constant presence at Roaring Spring Borough Council meetings for 46 years – an unofficial record in the annals of local public service.

The Williamsburg Community School Board met its newest member at its committee of the whole meeting on Monday Dec. 7 Kristina Bratton replaced Benjamin Postles as the Catherine Township board member.
