H-burg School Threat Results in Charges Filed, Dropped, Filed

A State College man was arrested and jailed on Friday, Nov. 22, on charges of making terroristic threats against the Hollidaysburg School District. Less than 24 hours later all charges were dropped, and police charged another man for the alleged incident.

In the initial charges, police alleged that Scott M. Vinosky, 31, had left voicemail messages at all five district schools – the junior and senior high schools as well as Frankstown, Charles W. Longer and Foot of Ten elementary schools.
