Martinsburg Borough Council agreed to purchase a new 1994 Ford Crown Victoria police cruiser at a cost of $15,897.

The former Altoona First Savings Bank in Martinsburg is now a daycare center. Nanny’s Playhouse, a daycare center for children age six weeks and up, opened at the former bank’s location along East Allegheny.
